My weekend

Friday I drove up to Calgary for a Scentsy World Tour Convention. Oh what fun! The driving up there alone, not so fun. But being invited out for dinner with the owners of Scentsy = a BLAST!! There were about 15 of us there, those who were superstar consultants and Directors(thats me!!) Orville and Heidi Thompson, Dan Orchard who is incharge of all of Canada, were there and were so down to earth and nice!! They sure made you feel like you were important to their company and they already knew so much about us from the success we have ben having up here in Canada. Anyways I am still waiting to get the pictures from some of the others that were there and who took their cameras. I didn't take mine simply because I didnt want to be the only one snapping away all night but I really should have. I am so not the kind of person who is going to bother, or should I say feel like I am bothering someone to get my picture taken with them. But once I got there I was kicking myself for not taking it.

Saturday was a day filled with presentations, free giveaways, insight from our leaders and lots of fun! It was so great to meet alot of my group and put a face to their voice/name!! We had fun visiting and going to lunch together. I was fortunate enough to stay at Meghann Clement's house, a friend/cousin. I am such a country girl that driving in down town Calgary about scared me to death!! I made my way to her house and thankfully she lives along ways out of the hectic traffic, ya you can all laugh, but I will just stay in my nice little town and not have the hustle and bustle of city life!! So Saterday afternoon I drove home. My family was so happy to see me, especially my little Kaden man!!

So all in all I had a fabulous weekend, one I will never forget. I know you must think I'm crazy to get so excited over a company that makes wickless candles, but I love this stuff and as I get to know the people who are in it too, it makes it so much more fun...... not to mention the free trip to Hawaii!!! Thats ROCKS!!!
