I have not been updating my blog much lately at all!! I need to try and add a new post at least once a week just so I can have a "journal" of what has been happening in our life.
To start things off, Kylie had her 10th birthday. Two kids in double digits is really scary!! That means soon I will have teenagers! I can only hope they were like me as a youth!! Then I wont worry so much!! Then Brent and I had our birthdays which is not much of a big deal for me or him cause once you get past 30 a birthday is just another day, right??
The kids performed at the School's annual Family Dance. Tyson's class danced to Thriller -They learned most of the thriller dance! Kylie's class did the Ice Cream Freeze & Madi's class did the Hokey Pokey!! They all did a fantastic job!!
A few weeks ago we had a mission companion of Brent's come and visit with his family. They are from Brazil and came all the way up here to visit! We had such a great time visiting with them and getting to know them.
Brent & Tyson just got back from a young men's winter camp. They really enjoyed the warm weather and the boys had alot of fun.
We are really looking forward to June! Brent & I are going to Hawaii!!!! As you know I am a Scentsy consultant and they were having a promotion type of thing where everything you did or sold was considered a certain point(s). You had to have so many points to qualify to go and I ended up having enough to go. So Brent & I are going!! We are so excited to go, neither one of us have ever been there before and this will probably be our only chance to go there. I guess this will be our 15th wedding anniversary early!! We really didnt have much of a honeymoon to begin with so this will be fun to just get away and not have to worry about kids on a holiday!!
So that's the last few months in a nutshell. Not too exciting but that's us, Simple as that!!!!!!
