Every year I try to do some canning of some sort with my mom, she is the one who has the "equipment" to do it. So once again we decided on Peaches. I went and bought 2 cases and they are turning ripe alot faster than I was hoping. So We have had to eat quite a few and one of our very favorite desserts is Peach dessert, as we call it. Tonight as we ate it I instantly thought of my brother Mark who, growing up, would eat pretty much the whole pan of it all by himself!! Now I need to get the rest of the peaches bottled before they go bad and we are stuck eating them all. Mark you should have come this week to visit instead of last week and you could have and your fill.
