Monday, the 11th, was my Birthday and also the Magrath Elementary school's Family dance. It was fun to go see the kids perform thier dances with their classes. They did a really good job and they had lot's of fun to. Tyson's class danced the bombshell stomp and Kylie's class danced the Ukranian Dance. It was packed there and I think almost the whole town of Magrath came to watch.
This morning we woke up to a blizzard!! The snow was falling hard and blowing snow made it almost impossible to see anything. Brent actually made it to work, amazingly. He really should have turned around but he said that you couldn't even see the road let alone turn around. But thankgoodness he made it safely. So needless to say there was no school. The kids were super excited about getting to stay home and I was too since I have been sick with the stomach flu since yesterday. This way the 2 older kids are here to help with the 2 little ones. I cancelled babysitting and my piano students are not coming either. So nice day for me. I just wish I was feeling better so I can get caught up on laundry again and keep the house clean. I couldn't even go out last night for my birthday cause I was sick!! Oh well girls night is Friday so that should be lot's of fun!! Hopefully I am better by then and no one else gets sick.
